Recently "2024 Chinese New Year Celebration for International Friends in Anhui" was held in Hefei in east China's Anhui Province.
   
Foreign expats from different fields in Anhui attended the event.
  
While experiencing Chinese New Year traditions, multiple attendees gave the thumbs-up to China's economic and technological development.

"Things you have seen in the last years, what China has been building up and also like what kind of progress there is, I think you can see there are so many buildings, so many new technologies developed. So it's speeding, everything very fast. Anhui Province is very helpful for Volkswagen company, and I think we can have a good cooperation together, and both can benefit from each other."

"I've been in China for four, nearly five years. The biggest surprise was how much technologies are integrated into life. Things like Alipay and WeChat Pay, you can do everything you need with your phone.

Also, Anhui has abundant agricultural products. In this season, you can also have tasty strawberries."
