Double decker bus rams into car along Hong Kong highway
This is the shocking moment a double decker bus rammed into a car along a highway in Hong Kong.
Dashcam footage shows the LWB coach speeding on the airport-bound lane of the Tsing Yi North Coastal Road on February 13 afternoon.
The bus failed to brake as it slammed into a work vehicle from the Tsing Ma Control Area, sending a staff member running for his life to avoid being crushed.
Three people were injured and taken to a hospital following the pile-up. Passengers were evacuated from the bus.
Local media reported that the Tsing Ma Control Area car had been responding to a first LWB bus that had pulled over after breaking down on the road.
The crash site has been reopened to all traffic.
