STORYLINE:
The final round of the 23rd edition of the "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competition for university students was held in Mongolia's capital on Friday.
The competition under the theme "One World, One Family" was co-organized by the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia, the Confucius Institute at the National University of Mongolia, and the Chinese Proficiency Test Center in Mongolia.
A total of 22 finalists from six universities in Mongolia showcased their Chinese language skills and understanding of Chinese culture through speeches, quizzes, and cultural performances.
A female freshman from the University of Finance and Economics won the contest and was qualified to represent Mongolia at the final "Chinese Bridge" competition in China.
