STORYLINE:

The Confucius Institute at the University of Zagreb hosted the Chinese Bridge Chinese Proficiency Competition on Saturday. 

The competition included Chinese speeches, knowledge quizzes and talent shows.

"Today's competition, I think, is the right moment, and we open the window for Croatian young people to connect more with China. We are pleased to know that in the last few years, there are a few other Chinese competitions that gained good results, and they have a chance to visit China. Therefore, I extend my warm congratulations and I wish more excellent results will be gained by Croatian young people."
