USA: Man Shot Killed at Family Park in Lancaster, LA

At approximately 8:38 p.m. Monday, Lancaster sheriff’s deputies responded to a shooting report at El Dorado Park. The ShotSpotter system detected five gunshots emanating from the parking lot, prompting numerous 911 calls.
Upon arrival, deputies found a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The suspects, believed to be two individuals, remain at large. The motive for the shooting is currently unknown. An investigation is ongoing, and authorities are working to apprehend the suspects and determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
