The Chinese Embassy in Tunisia donated a smart classroom, utilising Chinese technology and equipment to the University of Carthage on Tuesday.
The Chinese Ambassador to Tunisia Wan Li and the President of Carthage University in Tunis Nadia Mzoughi unveiled the smart classroom.
This classroom uses equipment and technology from China's Huawei, which can conduct remote teaching through communication technology.
After trying it out, teachers and students of this university said that this smart classroom has significantly enhanced teaching efficiency, alleviated teachers' burden, and facilitated learning for students.
This marks the first smart classroom in Tunisia to use similar technology.
