Harbin in China's northernmost Heilongjiang Province has become a must-visit tourist destination to stay cool in summertime as well as enjoy unique "off-season ice and snow" attractions.

Spanning an area of 23,000 square meters, the Fantasy Ice and Snow Hall offers visitors a chance to marvel at intricate ice sculptures and experience the enchanting ambiance created by the blend of ice, snow, light and shadow.
