White Rock, Canada - July 08, 2024

As people fight to stay cool during record high temperatures in Western Canada, the White Rock Beach and Pier was a busy place today. Many topping off the day enjoying a cool ocean breeze while watching a memorizing sunset.

People were taking part in many activities while staying close to the cold Pacific Ocean shore. Boaters, kayakers and Stand Up Paddle board enthusiasts enjoyed being on the water while others preferred to submerge themselves in the cool salty water.

For others not feeling as adventurous, ice cream parlors, restarants with air conditioning and open patios were also reaping benefits of the heat advisories. With the hot temperatures expecting to continue over the next several days, the beaches, pools and waterparks are expected to be popular with locals and visitors alike.
