On Population Day, sand artist alerted people by giving message through 'Stop Population' artwork in Northern India
On World Population Day on Thursday, July 11, sand artist Madhurendra Kumar, Bihar (Motihari) has warned people about population explosion with the help of artwork on green leaves of Peepal tree. He has written Stop Population.
Sand artist Madhurendra told that on July 11, 1989, the United Nations celebrated World Population Day for the first time. I have also created my artwork with the aim of warning the common people to avoid the increasing population explosion. Controlling population explosion will be beneficial for our next generation. Otherwise, due to the increasing population, we will face a lot of problems in providing equal arrangements to all.
He also made people aware about family planning and said that if we two follow the policies of this government, it will make a huge contribution to the national interest.
