"With the significant increase in international passengers transiting at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, starting from April 15, Trip.com Group has provided free layover tour service, offering those passengers an opportunity to explore Shanghai."
A Philippine mother and her daughter signed up for a half-day sightseeing tour and felt excited about their first trip to Shanghai.

"My name is Maria. I'm from the Philippines. And this is Ellen, my daughter. We've been traveling for one month in Europe, and now it's our turn to go back home to Manila. But before that, since we have a layover here in Shanghai, we thought that we could avail of the free tour. And then when we saw the booth from Trip.com. We said, 'Yes, this is it!' So we're excited."
According to the agency, transportation, guides, and internet services are free of charge during the tour, which lasts for 5-6 hours. Travelers will have the opportunity to visit Shanghai's iconic attractions, including the Bund and Yu Garden, while experiencing the city's history, culture, and cuisine.
