Indonesia: Parade of the Red and White Heirloom Flag and Proclamation Text from Jakarta to IKN Ahead of Indonesian Independence Day

This footage was taken on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at the Hotel Indonesia Roundabout, Jakarta.
The procession of the red and white heirloom flag and the text of the proclamation was held from the National Monument in Jakarta and will be taken to the new capital city of the archipelago via Halim Perdanakusuma airport.
This year is the first time that the Indonesian Independence Day commemoration ceremony has been held in the new capital city of the archipelago, which replaces Jakarta as the capital city of Indonesia.
The red and white heirloom flag will be raised at the independence ceremony at the IKN on August 17, 2024. The text of the proclamation of Indonesian independence will also be read at the IKN.
