A woman was rescued late Thursday night after jumping from the Santa Monica Pier, according to information gathered at the scene.
Emergency responders received a call around 11:05 p.m., prompting a swift response from Los Angeles County and Santa Monica fire departments, along with Santa Monica police officers and local lifeguards. The woman was pulled from the waters and transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital.
