Touring Drammen's River Festival site after torrential rains forced cancelations
To say that Norway had a rainy summer would be an understatement, and this video shows why.
Shared by Sandra, the footage captures a popular festival site in Drammen inundated after heavy rains.
"We have a festival in Drammen each August, called Elvefestivalen (River Festival)," the filmer told WooGlobe. "We went there because the news reported that it was flooded due to the recent bad weather.
"They had to cancel the Tivoli. We were baffled by the amount of water."
