USA: Santa Clarita Teen Held at Gunpoint in Attack at Busy Park

08/29/2024 08:20 pm (GMT-0700) | SANTA CLARITA, Calif. – A 14-year-old was attacked and held at gunpoint amid youth soccer practices at the city of Santa Clarita’s largest park.
The incident was first reported to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station’s 911 call center shortly before 8:15 p.m. from Central Park at 27150 Bouquet Canyon Road.
The 911 caller stated a 14-year-old had been attacked by three people, at least one of them armed with what the caller said was a revolver.
The teen was transported to a trauma center in unknown condition. Deputies are currently investigating the incident.
