This is the disturbing moment a cruel owner appeared to order his pet dog to kill a crying puppy in India.

CCTV footage shows the unnamed man seemingly directing his dog to attack the wailing baby animal in the Gorakhpark Welcome area of New Delhi in the early hours of September 3.

Upon the owner's command, the vicious canine pounced on the puppy and thrashed it around until it went silent.

The incident sparked fury among locals on social media as residents called on police to find and arrest the dog owner.
