P Diddy spotted "laughing and joking" days before appearing in court
A new video has emerged of Sean "Diddy" Combs "having fun" and "laughing and joking" a day before his arrest."
The disgraced rapper, 54, was seen playing frisbee and hacky sack in New York's central park in a video filmed around 6pm on September 15, 2024.
The passerby was having a picnic in the park with her brother and some friends.
Her brother was playing frisbee when she claims that Diddy came behind him and said: "I wish I could throw a frisbee"."
Her brother responded saying "Puff?" and he replied 'yes, it is me'."
The passerby, who does not want to be named, said: "I was shocked to see him."
"I have been following the news and seeing him out in public was shocking."
"It was even more shocking seeing that he was arrested the very next day."
"Part of me thinks he was there to enjoy the final day out and he knew he was going to be arrested."
"He was enjoying himself, he was smiling and laughing."
Diddy was taken into custody Monday night in New York City by federal agents from Homeland Security Investigations.
On Tuesday, the rapper appeared in federal court and pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution and was denied bail.
