The Noto Peninsula in Japan is facing severe devastation after record rainfall triggered deadly flooding and landslides, leaving at least one person dead and seven others missing. Footage Captured by @sayabey in Wajima, Ishikawa Prefecture, this footage shows the impact of the deluge, as authorities issued the highest-level emergency rain warning. The area, still recovering from a deadly earthquake earlier this year, experienced more than double its previous rainfall records, prompting evacuation orders for 100,000 people. As forecasters predict more rain, residents are bracing for further danger.
