This is the terrifying moment shipping containers toppled like a giant Jenga tower.

Twelve of the 24ft metal cargo boxes fell amid strong gusts of wind and heavy rainfall at a port terminal in Shanghai, China, on September 16.

Footage shows the storage containers plunging to the ground.

Typhoon Bebinca struck parts of the country, displacing 410,000 individuals. Bloomberg Intelligence, a global provider of financial news and information, estimated that economic losses from the typhoon could reach 10 billion Chinese Yuan (approximately 1.06 billion GBP).

Jenga is a physical game that uses wooden blocks stacked together. Players take turns removing one block at a time from the formed tower constructed of 54 blocks.
