Info from Licensor: "This person rear ended me with my daughter in the car and then took off! We just kept driving in the direction we were going to go. We also wanted to document as much as we could for the police, since we had not yet seen what happened to the rear of our car and were not sure yet if my daughter was hurt. Then this happened within minutes. We pulled over and gave our statement to the police. This person got up, walked around, and refused an ambulance ride to the hospital!"
