A clingy pet kitten pestered his owner as she checked test papers.

The two-month-old feline, named Loki for having mischievous nature, sniffed and rummaged around the exam sheets on the table while a teacher was marking them in Ilocos Sur province, the Philippines on November 5.

Footage shows the Siamese and Persian cat mixed-breed Loki wearing a yellow shirt as he tries to pull the paper she was holding away.

He bit one of them and tore a piece before chewing and swallowing it.

Pet owner Jacquelyn Baldemor, the daughter of the teacher, said: 'Loki tries to be mum's little helper but is always messy. He is still very adorable despite that.'

Loki is a figure in Norse mythology. He is known as the god of mischief, trickery, and chaos. He often causes trouble for the other gods but also occasionally helps them.
