Footage shows the stylist tying a girl's hair in a pony tail and securing it with a roll of adhesive tape in Manila, the Philippines on Aigust 25.
The lock strands of hair was then pushed into the hole in the middle of the cover and made to spread above the head like a hat.
Short trims using a pair of scissors were made precise due to the unconventional technique.
