Mysterious microorganism spotted on a phone screen during rain in China
On November 18, 2024, in Anhui, eastern China, a filmer captured a curious sight during a rainy evening. As light rain gently fell, their phone screen displayed a translucent, pale white object.
Upon closer inspection, it resembled a microorganism or a tiny worm-like creature.
The unusual sight prompted speculation among Chinese viewers. While some initially thought it could be a parasite, others suggested it was more likely a microorganism captured on the camera lens, rather than something in the rainwater itself.
