Employees sprang into action, attempting to free the stuck vehicle by bouncing on it to shift its position. Meanwhile, patrons in line had to back out of the drive-thru to clear the way. Despite the inconvenience, In-N-Out went above and beyond, offering complimentary food to everyone affected by the delay.
