Shanxi, located in northern China, witnessed a playful scene on November 30, 2024, as vibrant balloon figures were set up in an open area. The gentle breeze added life to the display, causing the balloons to sway rhythmically.
The lightweight figures appeared to dance joyfully in the wind, moving side to side with a lively charm.
