On December 8, 2024, in Guizhou, located in southwestern China, a video captured a remarkable moment at an outdoor market. A woman, dressed in a red padded jacket and white hat, was expertly peeling tiny water chestnuts with a kitchen knife.

The water chestnuts, only slightly larger than cherries, were skillfully peeled as she chatted with customers, her eyes never glancing at her hands.

Despite the precision required, each chestnut was flawlessly peeled, leaving viewers in awe. Chinese netizens joked, “If it were me, I’d probably lose all ten fingers!”
