Bikini beach video goes wrong when wave slams into posing girl
This is the hilarious moment a girl posing for her bikini beach video on the rocks was slammed by waves.
Justine Joyce Dabalos, 27, wanted to recreate the Disney Princess character Ariel at a rocky area of the beach when she was suddenly hit by strong waves in Siargao, the Philippines, on December 22.
Footage shows Justine extending her arms in the air, trying to match the waves behind her.
However, the waves splashed on her body so hard that they knocked her to the ground, leaving her floating in the water and laughing with her friends.
She said: 'I am okay. I was not hurt. We just wanted to do what Ariel did in the movie, but the waves were not in our favour.'
The story of Ariel is based on the 1836 fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen. The animated film The Little Mermaid was released in 1989, and the Little Mermaid TV series premiered in 1992.
