I was driving to the city center of Helsinki. Usually there are 4 lanes at the main road but apparently 2 lanes from the city center were closed due to a construction work so they were using one of ‘our’ lanes (the fast lane) for the car coming from the city (one lane for each direction).

The weather was foggy and it’s abit dark at that night (well we are in Finland) hahaha

There was a bus stopping for a passenger ar our lane and I didn’t realize that our usual fast lane is used for the car coming from the city (it was completely empty). I overtook the bus and realized that I was alone on that lane. At that moment I know I was wrong. The cars started to drive coming towards my direction as the traffic lights turned green, and it wasn’t easy for me to get back to my own lane since it was quite busy, no space between the cars. So there was situation when the cars from the city needed to wait for me to get back to my lane, but it wasn’t that long (maybe 15-20 seconds).

Bad luck, the police car was patrolling at the same time and place.
