"Hello everyone, it's Hajar and Younes.
We are Moroccans studying in China.
Today we are going to another city and we decided to take you with us.
But today is a special day because the Spring Festival is about to come. So it's gonna be a little bit different. Let's take a look."

SOUNDBITE 2 (English): HAJAR and YOUNES, Moroccan students from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications
"Our journey starts here in Nanjingnan Railway Station.
You can imagine the amount of people, the millions of citizens, all of them traveling at the same time all over China."

SOUNDBITE 3 (English): HAJAR and YOUNES, Moroccan students from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications
"We foreigners, since we don't have a Chinese ID, we need to show our passport to the security down there.
If you are a person that forgets the stuff everywhere, a picture in your phone gonna do the deal. We are a little bit late, so we are heading to our gate now.
As a newcomer, you might have a lot of questions. So, everywhere, you are going to find an information service that you might ask."

SOUNDBITE 4 (English): HAJAR and YOUNES, Moroccan students from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications
"These are our seat numbers."
"And we are trying to find them now."

SOUNDBITE 5 (English): HAJAR and YOUNES, Moroccan students from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications
"Now that we are in the train, we want to know the experience of a real Chinese citizen."

SOUNDBITE 6 (English): HAJAR, YOUNES and a passenger
"You're going to spend the holiday with your family now?
No, I'm going for a job interview.
Oh really, so good luck to you.
Thank you.
Where is your hometown?
I come from Changsha.
Do you plan to go to Changsha after this?
Yes, I'm going to Changsha to spend my time with my family in the Spring Festival.
Do you think it's convenient to go by train?
Yes. It's fast and low-priced.
That's right. And don't you think that during periods like the Spring Festival, isn't it so crowded?
It's so crowded, but it's in order."

SOUNDBITE 7 (English): HAJAR and YOUNES, Moroccan students from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications
"Here we are in Changzhou Station. This is our final destination. The trip was very good, very comfortable, very smooth, and we met some strangers. We made them friends. And the train will still go on, making people meet their beloved ones once again.
I really love gathering. I love family and friends reunions. And to have a system that is covering all these infrastructures, it's really a privilege. Thank you so much for making it this far. See you in the next one. Goodbye."
