Skillful possession of a net helped a resident of the village of Progress in the Novgorod region to cope with an armed robber.
A man, armed with a knife, climbed into the passenger compartment of someone else's car and took 40,000 rubles from there. The owner of the money was against and the robber, who was not very confident on his feet, departed with what was at hand - a net.
The disarmed robber was handed over to the police.
