Los Angeles, United States - February 05, 2025 02/05/2025 10:00 pm (GMT-0800) WEST ADAMS, LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Police Department's Southwest Division units responded to the 3400 block of Somerset Drive for reports of a shooting victim. When officers arrived at the scene, they located a female and a male with gunshot wounds. According to Officer Miller, a spokesperson for the LAPD, they were both shot while wrestling with a handgun that the male pulled out during an argument while they were inside a vehicle. While Officer Miller did not reveal their ages, they were determined to be adults. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics transported both patients to a local hospital. They are in stable condition, but it was unknown if they were still hospitalized. Per initial reports, a suspect was taken into custody at the scene. There are no further details at this time.
