US, Los Angeles: North Hollywood Woman Shot In Leg During Dispute

09/26/2024 10:55 pm (GMT-0700) | NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Police Department North Hollywood Division responded to a call regarding a shooting in the 5800 block of Fulcher Avenue where they found a woman outside with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to the location and transported the victim in stable condition.
Officer Miller, a spokesperson for the LAPD, said the shooting occurred during a dispute between the woman and the 34-year-old suspect who fired a round at the woman.
Miller said the woman was homeless, and her age was unknown.
The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction, per the LAPD.
