A couple used motorbike exhaust fumes to throw an awesome gender reveal party.

Vincent Alimuc and his wife Ma gathered friends and families with their Kawasaki bike to find out the gender of their baby in Bulacan, the Philippines on February 16.

Footage shows the parents-to-be with the black and neon green Ninja ZX-6R model vehicle.

Vincent twisted the throttle to blow fumes into the balloon filled with coloured confetti until burst.

When the balloon popped, the pink paper flew and everyone cheered finding out they will soon have a baby girl.

Their relative also unleashed a party popper with the same colour.

Vincent's brother Kevin said: 'She will be our first baby in the family. We used the motorbike because it was our dream motorcycle. We all planned to use it for their gender reveal.'

Gender reveal parties, thrown to reveal the sex of an unborn baby, have become increasingly popular in recent years due in part to social media, with many parents sharing photos and videos that helped popularise the trend.
