"To make a good proposal as a CPPCC National Committee member, there are two requirements. First, it must focus on the country's major issues. Second, it must address people's concerns, such as urgent problems that the public cares about.
Therefore, I made a proposal on how to cultivate general practitioners at the community level. General practitioners can handle common illnesses and chronic diseases with relatively simple methods. Strengthening the capacity of grassroots general practitioners is essential for establishing a tiered healthcare system."
