Vegetable-themed wedding amazes Chinese guests
A video recorded on October 22, 2024, in Xi’an, located in northwestern China’s Shaanxi Province, showcases a unique outdoor wedding with a creative twist. The wedding, themed in green, featured decorations made entirely of vegetables and fruits.
The setup included pumpkins, bitter gourds, string beans, bananas, and more, using over 200 kilograms of produce. The decoration process reportedly took more than eight hours to complete, giving the venue a festive “bountiful harvest” vibe.
After the ceremony, guests were invited to take the vegetables home. The couple explained that the concept was not only eco-friendly but also meaningful, blending practicality with creativity.
