Chinese woman taken on wild ostrich ride
On November 11, 2024, in Harbin, located in northeastern China’s Heilongjiang province, a video captured a shocking moment when a woman in a pink down jacket and black pants was riding an ostrich.
The large bird suddenly took off at full speed across an open field, with the woman clinging tightly to its back. As the ostrich raced forward, she struggled to hold on before eventually losing her balance and falling onto a grassy patch. Staff members ran behind, trying to assist and ensure her safety.
The video sparked laughter among Chinese viewers, with many jokingly comparing the experience to an unplanned "extreme sport." Fortunately, the woman was unharmed and took the adventure in stride.
