Footage shows one of the cooks slicing and dicing the cookie on a cold surface with the cream in Krabi, Thailand.
He blended the crushed Oreos into the creamy base with rapid movements before spreading the mixture thinly.
He then scraped it into small rolls and served it in a cup to a customer on March 23.
The filmer said: 'I was amazed by the skill of these chefs making Oreo ice cream using steel spatulas. Their hands were so fast. The sound was like an ASMR video.'
