This is the dramatic moment a tornado briefly touched down on the ground in Nebraska.

Footage captured by Joseph Holling shows the whirlwind developing near Jackrabbit Run Golf Course in Marquette on the evening of April 1.

Joseph said: 'It was between 7:30 to 7:45. It was just outside of Grand Island. That video is taken looking out over the airport.'

Most of central Nebraska was under a slight risk for severe weather during the afternoon hours of Tuesday.
