Cheese rolling could be officially recognised in new heritage list
The famous Gloucestershire cheese rolling event could soon be officially recognised for its cultural impact, in a new heritage list.
Communities will soon be able to put forward their favourite traditions for consideration, into the Inventory of Living Heritage in the UK.
There will be different categories, including performing arts, sports and games.
