MEMBER OF CIVIL DEFENCE SPEAKING TO REPORTER (Arabic)GAZA, PALESTINE - APR. 17: Israeli forces targeted the home of the Juma Al-Najjar family in the Jabalia al-Balad area of northern Gaza on Thursday, April 17, killing two people and wounding several others. One of the victims, Yahya Al-Najjar, was reportedly pulled from the rubble and rushed to the Indonesian Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. More than 51,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza in a brutal Israeli onslaught since October 2023, most of them women and children. The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants last November for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.
