Cat's eye view of moggy tackling a SCORPION scurrying through home
This heartstopping cat's eye view shows how the moggy tackled a scorpion that was scurrying through his family's home.
The brave feline named Betong spotted the arachnid crawling along the bedroom wall and tried to dash toward it in Chaiyaphum province, Thailand.
Footage shows Betong attempting to pounce on the arachnid, which quickly retreated into a narrow gap in the bedframe to hide.
Betong used its paws to push the critter out of the space, and they came face-to-face in the middle of the room.
The cat attempted to strike, but the venomous opponent raised both pincers in a defensive stance so the tabby backed away while the smaller creature followed, its gaze locked on the cat.
Betong followed the scorpion, and the tense encounter continued as they made their way into the kitchen, where the cat cornered the smaller animal on the fridge.
He launched his front limbs in multiple attacks, and the scorpion fled from the property during the encounter on March 14.
Pet owner Wittaya said: 'Betong fought the scorpion bravely. It would not dare return inside the house.'
