- May 28, 2025 As part of the campaign to confiscate illicit funds, IDF forces, Judea and Samaria Border Police fighters, Civil Administration forces, Shin Bet coordinators, and Shai District Police operated throughout Judea and Samaria under intelligence guidance from Central Command and the Shin Bet against money exchange businesses and their owners. Many of these businesses were previously designated as prohibited organizations by the Central Command commander and the Minister of Defense. During the raids, the forces seized over 7 million ILS constituting illegally used funds or intended for unlawful activities, and arrested 30 wanted individuals. Since the beginning of the war, security forces have confiscated approximately 30 million ILS in illicit funds in Judea and Samaria. The wanted individuals who were arrested and the seized findings were transferred for further handling by the security forces.
