VARIOUS OF CROWD OF PALESTINIAN PEOPLE LEAVING AID DISTRIBUTION AREA, CARRYING BOXESGAZA, PALESTINE - MAY 29: After months under a crippling blockade, Palestinians in the Gaza Strip crowded the “Netzarim Corridor” on the third consecutive day of limited humanitarian aid distribution. The corridor—named and controlled by Israel—has become a focal point for civilians desperately seeking food and essential supplies amid a worsening humanitarian crisis. Footage captured by Anadolu showed large crowds of Palestinians carrying aid packages distributed under the supervision of the Gaza Humanitarian Aid Foundation. Israel has kept Gaza crossings closed to food, medical and humanitarian aid since March 2, deepening an already severe humanitarian crisis in the enclave, according to government, human rights and international reports. The Israeli army, rejecting international calls for a ceasefire, has pursued a brutal offensive against Gaza since October 2023, killing more than 54,000 Palestinians, most of them women and children. Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
