VARIOUS OF PEOPLE CARRYING BOXES OF HUMANITARIAN AIDGAZA, PALESTINE - JULY 01: Ibrahim Abdurraouf al-Qatrawi, a resident of the Nusayrat Refugee Camp in central Gaza, is documenting the harsh reality of life at aid distribution centers operated by the U.S.- and Israeli-led Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF). Like many Gazans, Qatrawi visits the centers daily in search of food to feed his family and bring even a small piece of bread home. But beyond survival, he is determined to make a difference by giving a voice to those enduring hardship. Qatrawi has been filming documentary-style footage from the Netzarim Corridor in central Gaza, aiming to show the world the devastating impact of the ongoing conflict and blockade. Despite international calls for a ceasefire, the Israeli army has killed more than 56,500 Palestinians in a deadly onslaught in the Gaza Strip since October 2023. Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.
