Is it a bird? Is it a plane?: Superman takes over the Shard for unique movie promotion in London
A 3.5m tall statue of Superman is suspended on wires 300m up in the air at the top of the Shard building promoting the upcoming Hollywood film (July 1).
The realistic fibreglass figure was painstakenly crafted by 20 people an based on the 3D body scans of the actor, David Corenswet who plays Superman in the new film.
The figure can be viewed from miles away, creating truly an amazing spectacle for fans of the superhero.
