Los Angeles, United States - July 29, 2025 07/29/2025 12:40 am GMT-0700 Granada Hills – Los Angeles police and firefighters responded to a shooting with multiple victims this morning at a daycare center in the 17300 block of Firma Court. Officers arrived to find two adult females suffering from gunshot wounds. Initial reports indicated that a male, possibly the father-in-law of the victims, arrived at the daycare and began shooting. Fortunately, no children were hurt during the incident. Emergency responders from the Los Angeles Fire Department transported the injured women to area hospitals. As distraught parents began arriving on the scene, seeking access to their children, authorities learned that the suspect fled the location in a Tesla Model 3. Officers tracked the suspect to the area of Balboa Boulevard and Sherman Way, where he was taken into custody without incident.
