Storyline: Thousands of Yemenis rallied in the capital city of Sanaa on Friday to protest the mass starvation in the besieged Gaza Strip. The protesters waved Palestinian flags and chanted anti-Israel slogans in the rally despite the rain, condemning Israel's hunger and blockade policy in the Gaza Strip. Protest organizers said the weekly protests in Sanaa will not cease as long as Israel's military operations in Gaza continue. "This rally reflects the consistent beliefs of the Yemeni people. It is a continuation of our moral and humanitarian stance. It shows our solidarity with the Palestinian people who are suffering from hunger and persecution. We protest the starvation Palestinian people are currently experiencing. We condemn Israel's crimes against humanity and its immoral actions," said Osama, a protester in the rally. Israel has limited humanitarian aid from entering Gaza for months, causing a mass starvation that has already killed 154 Palestinians, including 89 children, according to Gaza's health authorities on Wednesday.
