Jessie Omar Seradilla joined a 10km fun run during a local festival when the elderly man unexpectedly offered him the booze in Laguna, the Philippines.

Footage captured by his girlfriend, Divine Grace Aguilar Tapit shows Pok standing by the roadside, giving Jessie the San Miguel Pale Pilsen, which he immediately grabbed and drank on August 10.

Bystanders laughed at the surprising act as he continued jogging away.

In another clip, the runner can be heard being called by the event organiser to claim his prize after securing sixth place overall in the race despite consuming the alcoholic beverage.
