Watt D, the energetic mascot of the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), performed a headstand in front of eventgoers in Bangkok, Thailand.

Footage captured by Sutthinee Sinthurak shows the purple character shaking his body before rolling on the floor on August 14.

Watt D then positioned himself upside down and continued to jump in place, prompting laughter from entertained onlookers.

However, when he tried to stand on his own, he found it hard to move. This caused event workers nearby to help the mascot back to his feet.

Watt D, a youthful hero, is the official mascot of the PEA, representing the vision of a 'leader of light into the future.'

His name combines 'Watt,' the unit of electrical power, with the Thai word 'dee,' meaning 'good electrical power,' while also echoing the friendly Thai greeting 'Sawatdee' or hello, reflecting the mascot's approachable yet dynamic character.
