Raw footage of my Car accident where the other driver blew a light outage
This is the raw footage of my car accident without any extra editing at all. It was not a red light. They definitely failed to stop as the lights where not functioning at all. In that situation you are required by south Carolina law to treat it like a four way stop. It's less clear in the video I posted but the rear cam captured the traffic light that corresponds to the Lexus driver was black.
