Tiny tricycle carries a car on the back through narrow street
This is the astonishing moment a tiny tricycle carried a car on its back through a narrow street.
Shocked drivers watched as the vehicle blocked roads while transporting the totalled white sedan on its frame bed in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Footage captured by resident Dan Ng shows the driver carefully navigating the street, blocking the entire road on August 22.
Riders were forced to swerve onto the roadside, patiently waiting as the tricycle moved through, while frustrated motorists behind them honked repeatedly in protest.
The four-wheeler can be seen obstructing the motorway, prompting a nearby woman to step in and move a roadside plant to clear a path for the lumbering vehicle.
Dan said: 'The tricycle carrying a car in the alley causes too much traffic jam, because a tricycle driver affects the whole route. I hope the traffic police will handle it to rectify the situation.'
The Binh Trieu Traffic Police Team of the Traffic Police Division (PC08) of the Ho Chi Minh City Police is currently investigating the incident.
The tricycle driver may face several traffic violations for carrying a car on a small vehicle, including overloading, obstructing traffic, unsafe transport of cargo, and endangering public safety.
Under Vietnamese traffic law, such offences can result in fines ranging from one million to five million VND (approximately 35 GBP - 175 GBP), possible suspension of the driver's license, and impoundment of the vehicle.
